Serahkan DP4 Ke KPUD Lobar

Giri Menang – Bupati Lombok Barat (Lobar), Dr. H. Zaini Arony, atas nama Pemerintah Kabupaten Lombok Barat Kamis (7/2) menyerahkan Data Penduduk Potensial Pemilih Pemilu (DP4) kepada Ketua KPUD Lobar, Suhaimi Syamsury. DP4 kali ini adalah untuk pemilihan presiden (Pilpres) dan legislatif tahun 2014. Dari 743.187 orang Data Agregat Kependudukan Kecamatan (DAK2), 596.391 orang masuk DP4. Dalam acara yang berlangsung singkat di Ruang Rapat Umum (RRU), Bupati Zaini mengatakan dalam satu tahun lebih ini pemerintah pusat dan daerah telah melakukan perekaman data penduduk melalui e-KTP.

“Ini menjadi referensi, dasar, pijakan, pemerintah maupun KPU dalam Pemilu Kada bupati/gubernur, presiden dan legislatif,” ujarnya. Bupati juga menyampaikan, dalam suatu rapat presiden dengan seluruh gubernur, bupati/walikota, instansi-instansi vertikal, presiden SBY saat itu mengatakan tahun 2014 merupakan tahun politik karena ada dua peristiwa politik penting yang akan berlangsung yaitu pemilihan presiden dan legislatif.

“Namun bagi kita di NTB, tahun 2013 ini juga merupakan tahun politik karena ada Pilgub-Wagub, Pilkada Kab. Lombok Timur dan Kota Bima tanggal 13 Mei 2013 dan Pilkada Lobar 23 September 2013,” ujar Zaini. Dengan demikian, katanya, Lobar tahun 2013, menghadapi 2 Pilkada yaitu Pilgub-Wagub NTB dan Pilkada Lobar.

Hal lain yang disampaikan bupati yaitu permasalahan pemilu biasanya ada dalam data penduduk (DP4). Namun, dikatakannya, dengan adanya elektronik KTP, maka kecil kemungkinan data penduduk dimanipulasi.

“Saat ini sudah tidak bisa lagi memanipulasi data oleh kita maupun yang berkepentingan dalam pemilu,” ujar Zaini. Bupati bercerita kalau ada orang dari Halmahera yang ingin membuat KTP di Jakarta namun langsung ditolak karena sudah ada KTP. Kembali bupati menegaskan dengan adanya DP4 bisa menjadi referensi tunggal jumlah yang mengikuti Pilpres dan Legislatif 2014. Hadir dalam acara tersebut Kadis Dukcapil H. Zulkarnain, camat se-Lobar, beberapa kepala SKPD.

Regent Said 2013-2014 is Political Year

Giri Menang – West Lombok Regent (Lobar), Dr. H. Zaini Arony, on behalf of the Government of West Lombok on Thursday (7/2) submitted Data of Population of General Election Potential Voter (DP4) to the Chairman of the Election Commission Lobar, Suhaimi Syamsury. The DP4 is for the presidential and the legislature elections in 2014. Among 743,187 Aggregate Data of District Population (DAK2), 596,391 of those enter DP4. In the event of short duration at the General Meeting Room (RRU), Regent Zaini said in this recently year, national and local governments have the data recorded via e-ID card (e-KTP).

“It’s a reference, base, foundation, government and the Election Commission regent / governors, presidential and legislative elections,” he said. He also expressed, in a president meeting with all governors, regents / mayors, vertical agencies, President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono said  2014 would be a year of politic because there would be two important political events taken place, those are the presidential and legislative elections.

“But for us in NTB, the year 2013 is also a year of politics as there the elecion of governor and Vice Governor, and also the election of East Lombok Regent and Mayor of Bima on May 13, 2013 and 23 September 2013 Lobar elections, “said Zaini. Thus, he said, Lobar in 2013, faced two elections, Governor-vice Governor of NTB and Lobar elections.

Another thing  delivered by regent was election issues which usually present in the data population (DP4). However, he said, with the electronic ID card, there was little possibility to manipulate population data.

“There is now no longer able to manipulate the data by us as well as those who interested in the election,” said Zaini. He told of someone from Halmahera who wanted to make ID cards in Jakarta but was immediately rejected because the existing ID card. Regent confirmed the presence of DP4 could be a single reference number following presidential and legislative 2014. Attending the ceremony were Head of population and civil registration, H.
